The Chorizo

Hi, people!!!
This post is in English for benefit of Rajen, who, i hope, is gonna be reading this post, specially made for him Ü
Today, I'm gonna talk about chorizo, one of the typical and best spanish food ever.

Chorizo is made from pork, though I dunno about it's composition, the only thing I remember from when my Grandad made chorizos at home is that he went to buy pork meat and we put it into a machine, turned the lever and the meat went into a kind of condom... well, you know Ü

Another good thing of chorizo is that it's portable.
By "portable" I mean that it's easily carried either in slices, in a sandwich or in it's typical form, which you can see at the left hand side of this paragraph.

The other good thing about it is that you can cook it in many and varied forms, the sandwich I mentioned above, alone, with bread, with pasta, with rice... or just cooked, as you can see in the bottom image.
